Spa Salon Policies
Check-in– Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow proper check-in and completion of any needed paperwork. If arriving late, please remember that your treatment must end on time in order to accommodate other scheduled quests. Full charges for service will still apply if you are late.
Cancellation Policy – We greatly appreciate a 48-hour notice of canceling any appointment. If less than a 24-hour notice is given, a service charge may be posted to your credit card noted at the time of booking.
Scheduling – To ensure availability, we recommend that you reschedule upon departure.
Gift Cards – Eden gift cards make the perfect gift for any occasion. If unable to stop in and purchase a gift card you can order one online, or we would be more than happy to mail you or the recipient what you want. Gift cards generally should be used within 6 months of purchase, but they do not expire. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.
Gratuities – We are committed to providing and offering exceptional customer service and quality products by our professional and expertly trained staff. If you are pleased with your service, we suggest a 20% gratuity for your service provider. Gratuities should be given directly to your service provider at time of your service. Gratuities are NOT added to our spa party packages.
Spa Etiquette – Please help us maintain the serenity of the spa/salon by muting cell phone and beepers, and keeping “spa voices” for they can disrupt other guests’ spa services. Children are allowed in spa/salon, but are to be accompanied by an adult to ensure proper spa etiquette.
